Hey all,

I want to get a better sense of the way folks here go about vetting internet suppliers of GLP-1 drugs and related peptides in a safe manner. Budget-friendly options.

There are so many vendors and platforms out there, and figuring out which ones are trustworthy as opposed to sketchy or outright dangerous is a real challenge. I’m not after names of particular sellers — I just want to grasp which safety measures or checks people rely on before they put their trust in a given source.

To give a few examples:

  • Which warning signs matter most to you?
  • In what ways do you verify that a product is good or that a seller is legit (COAs, independent lab testing, and so on)?
  • Is there any standard advice for steering clear of frauds or harmful products?

Any tips or educational pointers from those with more experience would mean a lot. Staying safe and well-informed is all I’m after.

Thanks so much.

Glad you joined the forum. There is plenty to read here, and I'm confident you'll work through it in time. Personally, these are the things I watch for:

  • A seller who doesn't rush you into buying. Give it time, exchange messages, and observe how responsive and useful they are, plus the style of their replies. Read their feedback to learn what others have experienced and whether delivery problems show up as red flags. How quickly they answer matters too (after you account for time-zone gaps)
  • Whether the product is legit: I verify that their COA includes my batch number. Check how recent it is. Then arrange independent testing through a local lab. In Canada, I've gone with Tesitides for testing (HPLC and Endotoxin).
  • Filtering: There's a youtube video showing how to filter peptides yourself at home.

  • Start with a small order. Accept that you might lose a little money - perhaps $100 USD - to find out whether a vendor is a scammer. I actually bought from three separate vendors (a small order from each) to see which one truly shipped, which arrived sooner, and how the whole process played out. Two delivered, and the third one - was a scam. That money was gone, but in the end, I got better prices on every vial than my local reseller - who had been charging me an arm and a leg per vial.
There is a lot of information here, and others more knowledgeable than myself. But That is my take.

Hope your journey is successful and enjoyable as it is for me so far.

Hey, glad to have you here. I'm in a similar situation — this is my first time buying from the grey market, and I'm looking to figure out the smartest way to go about it.

I appreciate the video, and the suggestion to buy from several different sources. I'm trying hard to choose wisely, but it feels like I'm moving through darkness with just a faint bit of light gradually coming through.

What has worked for me: locate vendors on this platform with good feedback, then look up their name and go through what people say about their dealings. Ignore suggestions coming from Facebook, Youtube, and similar sites, no matter how many glowing remarks show up there. Plenty of those accounts are automated.
