Hi everyone, I'm a guy who's 28 and lives in Sweden.

When it comes to peps, I'm completely new, but I've already picked up on the majority of the basics. I'm currently talking to a handful of vendors that I came across on this forum — and yes, I've double-checked that they're the right contacts rather than scammers, since I can see that's clearly a major concern around here.

Without any suppliments, I dropped from 130kg down to 85kg all by myself. The problem is the final 6-10kgs I want to lose: it's either extremely slow or not happening at all, even though I ought to be in a cal deficit. That's why I'm searching for something that might help me shift those last kgs.

I'd be really glad to receive any help, tips, or tricks from other Swedes on here.

Impressive — dropping that much weight by yourself takes something I clearly don’t have. I envy that kind of self-control.

If you plan to go even further, don’t skip your vitamins. Given the calorie deficit you’re likely running already, that’s how you avoid coming up short on nutrients.

Glad to have you here.

Kom också ihåg att inte äta för lite kolhydrater när du använder retatrutide (eftersom det inte finns något som "retatrutide (eftersom det inte finns något som "GLP-3")") !

Appreciate it — any idea what vitamins people usually suggest?

Appreciate it — I haven't fully committed to reta at this point. Tirz is also on my radar because it appears somewhat safer, given that millions take it via prescription. That said, what I actually need to control isn't really food noise, so I'm still undecided.
