Hey everyone. I'm pretty new to this, though I've spent the last 2 months learning a lot about peptides. Right now I'm taking Tirzepatide, but my plan is to keep the dose low and stack it with Reta plus Tesa/Ipa. Down roughly 15 lbs so far.

Does the higher heart rate from Reta make anyone else uneasy?

The thing that worries me the most would be receiving something contaminated with endotoxins, or a completely different drug altogether. Reta is something I have not used; my tirz comes via a pharmacy prescription. Still, I am curious about Reta and might switch once the prescription I have now is finished.

So far I have been fortunate that tirz has not caused me any bad reactions.

Yeah, that's something many of us worry about too. My hope is that things calm down once 2 or 3 months have passed.

At the start I felt that way, but these days I'm more at ease with it

My weight loss goal isn't huge, so I'm considering switching to Trizeptide instead of Retatrutide. The main reason isn't the higher heart rate (5-10bpm above baseline) — it's to put sleep first. I'm trying everything possible to stay in a parasympathetic state so my sleep quality gets better. Has anyone here gone from Reta to Triz and noticed better sleep?

Thanks 🙂

So far, exercise has brought my resting heart rate down, which I’ve actually noticed. Blood pressure is back within normal limits as well. I just took the 1st 4mg dose, so liver fat burning ought to kick in now. The reason I’m on Reta is that I have Fatty liver.

For roughly 5 weeks now, I’ve been taking both Tirz and Reta at low doses. What I really appreciate is how tirz quiets food noise and curbs my appetite, and I’m considering increasing the Reta dose to try for better glucagon activation.
