Hi everyone,

I'm new here, though I've spent some time reading posts anonymously while looking into different suppliers. There's so much to take in, and I'm working on filtering out what's useful.

A bit about me:

40m, 6'2"

SW: 245 lb

CW: 193 lb

Great to see you here, and credit where it's due for the effort so far! Dropping 52lbs deserves real recognition.
