Hey all,

For my first post, I figured I'd do a proper introduction since I'm glad to have found this place.

I'm from Germany and 29 years old. Right now my weight sits a bit below 100 kg. Athletics and physical capability have been a constant in my life for a long stretch. Football was my sport as a kid, and as a teenager I gradually moved toward lifting weights and spending time in the gym. Eventually this stopped being just a pastime and turned into a major influence on the way I view discipline, health, body composition, and working on myself.

Supplements and approaches aimed at optimizing the body and performance while minimizing side effects have held my interest for many years. I've always enjoyed digging into what genuinely delivers, what gets blown out of proportion, and where danger lurks. My attitude toward these subjects is one of curiosity paired with respect, since I'm aware that "more" isn't automatically better and that health has to remain the top concern.

What brought me to this forum ties into the weight-loss and appetite-control path I'm currently on. Roughly half a year back, I began taking triple agonists as a way to cut down hunger and rebuild a more normal relationship with eating. Looking back at my bodybuilding-style bulking phases, I get the sense that I gradually stopped knowing what healthy portions and ordinary eating patterns should feel like. Consuming large quantities turned into something close to a routine, and eventually drawing a line between "eating for progress" and simply overeating out of habit became hard.

So far, the thing I value most isn't the dropping weight by itself, but having the room to pause and reconstruct a better relationship with food. With less persistent hunger and fewer cravings, my mind has more space to make sounder choices. I'm still figuring out how to juggle training, protein intake, recovery, and appetite control without pushing things too far.

What I hope to gain here is insight from other members' experiences, particularly those who've walked a similar road for a longer time than I have. Topics that interest me include practical knowledge about GLP-1-related medications, side effects, long-term sustainability, nutrition, training while losing weight, and how people handle these tools responsibly in daily life. I'm also drawn to the more technical and safety-focused conversations about proper handling, storage, and general best practices, while staying within the forum rules and recognizing that certain subjects are only for the right sections once members have earned access.

All in all, I'm here to read, pick things up, add something where I can, and draw on the experience of people who've already worked through many of the questions I'm now considering. Communities where members openly share both wins and errors mean a lot to me, since that's usually where the most valuable lessons are found.

Thanks for welcoming me, and I look forward to picking things up from all of you.

Hallo!
