My knowledge on this subject is pretty limited, so I was hoping that individuals who have used it might be able to weigh in.

A relative of mine plays quarterback at the college level, and he's been dealing with significant big toe discomfort. The orthopedic podiatrist we saw believes it's sesamoiditis, and his response was essentially that there's no real solution… the things he mentioned were possibly custom orthotics, removing part of the cleats, and similar measures. When I brought up BPC-157, he clearly dodged the question.

Is there anyone here who knows whether injecting BPC157 into his foot might ease the pain or assist with healing that region? The football season is approaching quickly and he's already deep into practices. Right now he's back at a Junior college after an injury at his D2 school, and I'm aware that although BPC 157 is prohibited, testing at JCs is pretty much nonexistent, and beyond that, as far as I understand it, the substance clears from your bloodstream in roughly an hour or so.

If a physician claims there’s nothing to be done about a young athlete’s toe pain, that physician is terrible. See an orthopedic surgeon (a sports medicine doctor) to determine what’s really happening, and then ideally you’ll have a clearer target for what might help. Likely physical therapy and controlling inflammation. KPV?

Yes, I did, and there’s nothing useful in it, which is exactly why I made this post. I’ve been around this forum for a long time and know my way around. Thanks anyway.

According to him, surgery is an option, but it would essentially end his football participation.

From personal experience, my thumb is in rough shape. About 25 years back I got it caught in a car door, and now it's roughly double the size of the other one. It's completely wrecked. Over the past few years it's also become weaker and really painful whenever I use it. Using that hand, I couldn't even twist off a soda bottle cap because it hurt so much. That's how it's been for as far back as I can recall.

After 3 weeks on wolverine blend—just 3 weeks—the pain in that thumb is gone. It's still weak, but doing things with it no longer hurts. I'm about to run another cycle, but I'm convinced this stuff does something.

So who knows, maybe it could be of help. It's a fairly straightforward shot at a complicated issue, but it's worth giving it a go.

Unfortunately, a definitive answer isn't something you'll find here.

From what people say anecdotally, BPC-157 supposedly resolves a wide range of injuries. That said, it doesn't seem like an injury is what he's dealing with. Could be something chronic instead? As far as I'm aware, though, human studies on it are basically nonexistent.

I gave BPC-157 along with TB 500 a shot for tendonitis in my biceps, and nothing changed. Still, trying it probably won't cause any harm. A few people suggest getting screened for cancer beforehand. Whether that worry holds any weight, I honestly can't say.

For me, BPC 157 alongside TB 500 gave good results, though Etoricoxib is another option worth considering.

This is a standard medication. In Germany, at least, obtaining it is both simple and inexpensive.

I haven't had the chance to try it personally (luckily), but those in my circle who likewise favor 157 and 500 choose Etoricoxib for the same reason.

As has been mentioned to you already: seeing an orthopedic specialist could be the most valuable step.

I'll be beginning Bpc-157 shortly. My plan was to begin with 500mcg each day. There are no specific injuries I'm dealing with—only overall soreness and discomfort. It's mainly in my knees and shoulders. I believe I came across a post where someone mentioned cycling bpc. Should that be done? And if yes, what duration should a cycle last before taking a break?
