Injection Technique to avoid bruises

Hey Everyone,

Currently I use quite a large Stack of peptides alongside of Reta. Yes, with some peptides I'm using pens. But for the main Stack I still use regular syringes. Where I use one needle to get the Peptides from the Vial and another one to inject. But still 27G.

And my problem is, that I'm getting bruises. And now in the summer it does not look great,

I tried to cool the injection area down, but still sometimes I see blood coming from the spot, where the needle went in and I know, that here is going to be a blue spot at the next day.

How to avoid this? Because currently I use Reta in one syringe, the main stack is the 2nd syringe and at about 10-11:00 I also use Selank / Semax. + 5 Amino-1MQ, GHK-Cu and BPC-157 in Pens.

27g is a big needle. Are you going IM?

most subq can be done with 30-31

I use 31g for almost all.

What is the length of the 27g?
 
Maybe check your iron level? I use 27g insulin syringes for oils and 30g for peps without any bruising. My "technique" is as basic as can be. For subQ, I pinch an inch and jab the needle straight in. For IM, depending on location, I "pull" my skin tight and jab it in.

No, sq. This is what came with the syringe. And also the insulin syringe with these orange caps and fixed needle are 29G and 0,5". I know, that the pens are using a finer needle.

Just got the labs on Monday, everything is fine.
 
1. Quality needles (reli on at Walmart $12 for a dozen, easy touch)

2. Avoid using same needle for more than one vial. Each time you puncture, the needle becomes duller.

3. Allowing liquid to fully come up to room temperature before injecting

4. Allowing alcohol to dry onto skin before poking

5. 30-31g only

6. 8mm needle injected at an angle

7. Push liquid in slowly, allow a couple seconds extra to ensure all liquid is out, pull out gently

8. Optional: take an antihistamine about an hour before

I bruise almost always no matter what I do. But these steps lessened it! I just assume I have a higher histamine reaction.

That is a big needle for subq peps

1/2 inch is going deep unless you pinch well and do 45 degree angle.

this is a better needle

What size needle are you using? Ghk-cu is known to cause alot of pain and some bruising. If you can get 6mm needles, pinch the skin 5cm away from your belly button and inject slowly, you should be okay. Just make sure the needle is pointing towards your belly button. -student reg nurse.
 
My stomach was looking insane when I was doing Wolverine 2x a day and my GLP 1x a week. Best advice I got was to look away and dart the needle in. Been bruise free for a couple of months now.
