Has anyone used this approach for a shoulder injury?

Is it a sensible idea, or should I stick with subcutaneous injection instead? What negative outcomes have you seen or heard of that could come from an intermuscular injection?

Thanks again for everyone's opinions.

To be precise, the term is intramuscular.

My general advice is to keep peptide injections subcutaneous and nowhere else. Hitting a nerve, a tendon, a tendon sheath, or nicking an artery is far too easy, and most people's grasp of anatomy falls well short of what safe technique demands. If you insist on injecting into a muscle that is considered a safe injection site — the deltoid, the buttock, or the thigh — then go ahead, but even in those spots verify the location first so you know you are injecting somewhere safe. For any other site, you truly need a solid understanding of the anatomy before putting a needle in; subcutaneous is simply the safer route overall.

During my first Glutathione cycle, I went through a lot of videos and photos, and I even consulted my NP.

Actually getting that 1.5" 27g into your body is an entirely different kind of challenge.

I chose the Vastus Lateralus.

A solid 1 minute video is here:

For a rotator cuff problem, I gave KLOW a try as an IM shot into my shoulder. It didn't work out well for me: hours after the injection I felt quite obvious stinging and discomfort. With the wolverine blend, done the same way, I had no problem at all. The cause is the copper irritation/reaction. These days I use KLOW subQ, where the sting lasts only a moment, whereas with IM it is much more pronounced and persists.

I do have a shoulder injury, yes. Both Wolverine and Glow were tried by me as intramuscular shots. From my experience, the pain got worse. My shoulder hurt more, and sleeping became far more difficult because the pain would wake me up so I could shift positions. I still haven't healed, but since I switched back to subcutaneous, I have less pain and I sleep better.
