Hey, peptides have been all over social media recently, and those sweet benefits are something I decided I wanted. Grabbing them while it's still possible also seemed wise. As I see it, demand on the gray market will climb so high that getting hold of anything becomes nearly impossible — too many people trying to scam you, and so on, with sites getting regulated by governments, the EU, whatever.

Losing weight without being hungry and irritated the whole time is the only thing I'm after. When you've got things to occupy you, shedding weight feels simple, but sat at home by yourself — which is where I am 80% of the time — the irritation of hunger is close to unbeatable for anyone without insanely strong willpower. If I can drop some weight and hold it at a level where my body feels comfortable, that's the goal.

The gym and lifting are part of my routine, and sports used to be too; there was a weight and fat percentage I felt happy and confident at. Over time weight just creeps on, though, because counting calories forever is so difficult. And when I stop, it comes back with ease (again, because there's nothing to do and eating fills the gap). Summer is when I intend to start jogging. 20 min daily is the sort of thing I have in mind (it kept my weight in check before). Calisthenics are in the mix these days, and jumping rope is something I'd like to take up again as well. Right now I'm probably too overweight for it, and my knees hurt when I try.

That's it!
