Hey everyone! 👋 I'm based in North Carolina, where I work as an engineer after previously being in academia. My journey with GLPs spans about two years now. Semaglutide gave me some initial success, then I moved to Tirz for over a year — but I've hit a plateau at the highest dose and haven't dropped much weight from it.

Weight and health have been a battle for me since I was a kid. In recent years, GLPs have become a powerful motivator for me to understand my own body better and put my health first — particularly after watching how metabolic disorders have affected people in my family. Along with the weight loss, I've seen a number of improvements in health markers since I began GLPs, and I'm looking forward to being part of a community where I can dig into different approaches and keep learning.

I'm really keen to pick up strategies for continuing weight loss and for building muscle going forward.

GLAD TO HAVE YOU PLUF. Rather than me, the folks who've been around longer can point you in a better direction. Off the top of my head, reta seems like something worth trying in your case.
