How to avoid multiple injections for the stack?

Hey everyone, I have a question about injections.

I'd like to combine Selank and Semax in one syringe, for example—but what's the best way to do it? For both, I have 10 mg dissolved in 2 ml BAC. When I draw the Selank into the syringe (0.05 ml) and then try to add the Semax, the second liquid doesn't really want to flow in freely. I also get a drop forming behind the needle—sometimes it falls off, sometimes it doesn't. And I'm worried about cross-contaminating the peptides in the vials.

So what's the best technique to get both peptides into one syringe?

The right way is to put them into a new sterile vial combined together or a cartridge for a pen. That way they are premixed and you get the ratios you set.

I would like to avoid mixing or pre-mixing the peptides at all. I know, that there are pre-mixed stacks. But from my personal research I don't want to use them. It's one thing to have a syringe ready to inject few minutes later. And the other where the peptides are exposed to each other for a longer time.

I do this twice a day to diy klow

After drawing my first pep, flip needle up, pull in air equal or slightly more to whatever I am drawing next. With needle still up, although this probably isn't necessary, but it works, I insert into next vial, push the air into the next vial, and then pull dose from that vial.

Then I inject.

I don't swap out needles, so definitely there's a risk of contamination from one vial to the next but that's a risk I'm willing to take 😂

Sounds about right...If you are going to draw from 2 vials, this is what I'd be doing... 👍

I also played with the idea of pulling and injecting my GHKCU with TB4 and KPV in a syringe. Do you think that's possible?

tbh.... I would not do that. TB4 and KPV should be fine. But GHK-Cu... There are different opinions on that. My opinion is, that you can't combine GHK-Cu with anything. That's why I pin it 30 min after other peptides. And I also avoid stacks with GHK-Cu. There was a video lately, where some one let a lab test a stack, but who knows, what they were realy testing. In my opinion, GHK-Cu shouldn't be combined with anything....

I have not personally done this, but I did see a post a while back where the person tried after this advice and had an issue with vacuum.

they were told to be sure and either Vent the vial to remove vacuum or hold the plunger to avoid it pulling in previous compound.

Many agreed on the above stated method.

you can likely search and find it for more responses.

That is what I am doing. They are all sold commercially in a blend as klow (with bpc), and ghkcu is also sold in a blend with kpv, called beauty blend (I wish more carried it, since I did it)

I have had no issue with ghkcu stinging as I have always combined with kpv. Initial bruising at injection site, but that stopped after a week or so. I'm 46, perimenopausal and am very happy with this protocol. My skin is softer and firmer, particularly around the eyes, neck, and chest. I'm glad lots of data says I don't have to cycle off, so I'll run continuously until some reason emerges not to.

I don't have a sting with GHKCU, but I also mix it with 6ml BAC and take 12mm needles that it is deep inside

Yeah, mine is now mixed with 2ml, then with kpv, and just the normal 31 5/16th insulin needle I use for everything else. I'm poor, gotta economize somewhere 😂

How long before you saw results from GHK-Cu? I just started it yesterday 🙂 Excited to hear you like it and it’s working well for you!

My first bum injection was lower cheek and I had a very mild sting for about 4 hours. Today I did upper cheek and no sting at all either time (2x/day)!

Every time you poke a vial you're dulling your needle. Combine 2 peps, that's 2 pokes before poking yourself. 3 peps = 3 pokes, etc. Just throw them each in a pen and bam bam and you're done; each with a fresh sharp needle.

Nonsense

Not nonsense - it's metal-catalyzed oxidation. The Cu²⁺ in GHK-Cu is redox-active and generates ROS that oxidize Met/Cys/His/Trp on neighboring peptides (TB-500 has a vulnerable Met). GHK chelates the copper, so it's slow, not instant - but heat, light, air and premixing all make it worse. That's why you mix fresh and store GHK-Cu separately. "Slow and conditions-dependent," not "nonsense."

This right here is what they train type 1 diabetes to do when they have to use a combination of fast-acting and long-acting insulin.

I just started ghkcu (never w/o kpv though) like 6 weeks ago? I definitely posted about it but I feel like it was mid May, so probably a month since I've been seeing results? I took a couple weeks to get to 2mg, but now I do 2mg every morning.
