How many people actually...?

Said it before and say it again.

I just grip it and rip it. Let my body do the filtering.

But I live on the edge; I'm a punk rocker.

Until they came out with the boxer brief. Game changer.

Curious about why people might be covert about their filtering. I don't do it but mostly because I haven't ever filtered other lyophilized products in any other capacity. We did use to filter other solutions using .22um syringe tip filters but that was different.

I actually should have said boxer briefs. I’ve been wearing those for years… The best thing ever.

Personally for me, my testing/filtering regime really isn’t a secret, it’s more that it’s more nuanced than just yes/no.

As far as why people would be reluctant to share, I personally think that the benefits of filtering are unclear in certain circumstances. And all a matter of personal risk tolerance. Testing as well. I think that there is far less testing and filtering going on than we’d think. And perhaps we have a few vocal people that are “grip it and rip it” but I think that the actual number is much more and they just don’t say.

Neither. Testing from Australia was going to be expensive, risky and a pain. And I do not have a lot of cash to spare. I did see some evidence very recently of a possible local testing source- PepTegrity Analytics. Aussie pep testing! no link as I have no idea how legit they are.

If the injections were IV then not filtering given the source would be insane, but hopefully no one is doing that with any of the peptides, but s/c -- I have a reasonably functional immune system despite taking an immune suppressing drug. I do not see any major risks from the odd bacteria or a tiny bit of endotoxin or a few peptide fragments or a tiny clump of something. And if it caused a problem it would be pretty obvious and just under the skin. Maybe not filtering increases the odds of immune responses to the peptides with the impurities acting as adjuvants?

Test: Nope. Reliable COA is enough for me.

Filter: Only if I see particulates. Although, in that case it should just be disposed of, but my ignorance (or stupidity) runs deep. 😅
