How long did the water weight last on tesa?

How bad was the water retention for you on tesa? Did it hang around for the whole run, or only for a couple of weeks?

I'd like to give it a go, but I'm nervous about ending up "puffy" and having it stick around 😆
 
In my case it was somewhere around 8-10 lbs, and it stayed put for as long as I was on it. I never really looked or felt puffy, mind you. Mostly it showed up as a one-week stall where the scale crept up slightly. Once I came off, the water came off with it — a nice little bit of bonus recomp at the tail end of the cut.
