How do you all keep track of your peptide schedule?

I would love to know how all of you keep tabs on a daily or weekly regimen. Apps? Calculators? Calendars? Post-it notes? Ai? I began with good intentions, but honestly, trying to save $ meant writing everything into a notebook by hand (looking back, not remotely sustainable). Then a few months of the usual unavoidable distractions, the kind we call adulting, left me feeling as though I am now just winging it. So I am stepping back to level-set and start over, except this time I want a solid plan that also works for people with a full-time life to juggle. Keen to hear whatever insight you all have.

Hi there,

Your question is a little broad based and general, though it does touch on things that come up here often.

Nobody has replied yet, so let me hand you a technique.

Pick a few key words, "apps", "tracking", "calculators" for instance, and experiment with the search bar. Also worth testing is what that little box changes — "Search titles only", checked or not.

Poke around in there and plenty of threads will surface that may already hold your answers.

Example --

=1&o=date]
Search results for query: apps

Google sheets was where I began. One tab held the stock of every item, purchase date, link to COA, and so on. A second tab tracked cycle start, end, and the amounts for peps I planned to run. A third tab was vendors (would use, have used, link, etc.). Any cycle, once going, goes on a Google Calendar.

After that I worked through a pile of apps, some built for peps and one for medications generally. Every one of them was far more complicated than what I needed. The pep ones tried to offer protocol pickers, but you would get a dozen near-identical protocols with minor changes (for instance 5 days on, 2 off vs. 7 days) until the point where I was entering everything by hand regardless, and keeping it up became a chore. For titration schedules the med ones were useless.

So the spreadsheets and the calendar have me back. Enlightenment.

Thanks — I do appreciate it.

My spreadsheet has a tab for each thing I want to keep an eye on.

Then there are a whole lot more tabs holding links, protocols, inventory details, etc..

The TRT tab covers

This is where I began, and I have kept building on it over the years, copying tabs whenever I needed to keep each year apart so the thing did not become unmanageable. I still use it — mostly for the other tabs that come with it — while injections themselves are tracked in a medication reminder now. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...nLRW596SCvlQGYKnSdpJPruvTsz8/edit?usp=sharing
haha.. yours beats my purchase tab hands down, though we track pretty much the same fields..

if you want it, copy it or download it and change whatever you need.

Paper and a pen does the job for me. Reta and testosterone are the only two I bother recording. As for the rest of the peps, I keep pinning until the vail runs out.
