I recently passed the 1yr mark on peptide use without making it to goal. I've been deliberately finding both objective and subjective aspects of my current form to celebrate, appreciate, or even just notice as a means of staving off the 'grief' of not making goal.
Waist to hip ratio popped into my head as a health metric I've heard of but never tracked. I used this Waist to Hip Calculator with my current measurements and did not find reason to celebrate. I'm still in the red zone.
So is anyone using waist to hip ratio to help pick a goal weight? I know some of you are quite scholarly. Anyone have papers or studies that support or undermine this number as a useful health indicator?
