Hey everyone, I'm based in Sunny Singapore and finding Hospira Bac Water here is quite a challenge, as it is across the rest of South East Asia too. Anyone have tips on how those of us in SEA can source Hospira? Thanks a lot and cheers.

Yeah, a reshipper crossed my mind too. But since we're talking about BAC Water here, my concern is that a typical reshipping service such as Buy & Ship wouldn't be equipped to handle it...Volkswagen57 said:
Have you thought about using a courier service — for example, a person who buys your BAC in the USA and then forwards the package on to you?
Yeah, getting it in the US is super simple. I've thought about going with Braun Sterile Water, but I've read that once you use Braun, the vial needs to be used up within 2 weeks, and I'm not sure I can manage that...deluge said:
Here's a clip from the very informative PepTok interview featuring Peter Magic from Janoshik. In it, he states that the fixation on BAC water isn't justified and isn't needed; that in most parts of the world, people reconstitute peptides using either .9% saline or just ultra-pure or sterile water.
He actually points out that whatever issues BAC water might fix are about balanced out by other issues it can bring about, such as reactions at the injection site.

What you see above comes from the longer interview, which runs 48min and is genuinely worth your time:

Still, since it's simple to obtain around here at $10/vial, I've already got a flat of 'em arriving by mail tomorrow.

Appreciate it, deluge — I'll give braun sterile water a shot.deluge said:

Taken from the longer interview above:
At 44:20, the interviewer asks: "According to Peter from Janoshik, you can reconstitute your peptide with sterile water and keep those for 28 days in the refrigerator with no problem?" Peter answers: "Yeah, sure."
So pick up a brand name sterile water or saline for injection. A single vial can last you a month. He also says 8 weeks is fine, though he won't officially recommend going that long — purely because of liability.
I have no idea who's advising you to toss a vial after only 2 weeks, but when it comes to this particular question, there's nobody in this space whose word I'd take over his.
I do the same, never any trouble at customsmorti said:

Got it — are you on Buy & Ship as well, or do you have a different service that does the job? Thanks!v2boi said:

You're right, and safety really does come first. I'll look into getting Hospira Bac Water through a reshipper, and with any luck, that approach will pan out.J Arbey said:
If you're diluting peptides with sterile water and the vial will be punctured more than 1 time, then contamination is a possibility you can't rule out. In a hospital pharmacy, where IVs and TPNs are compounded and a laminar flow hood plus a very clean environment are used, a single-use medication vial is still NEVER kept in service beyond 1 shift.
Using BAC water at least lowers the chance that your vial becomes contaminated.
Janoshik is a solid lab, though in my honest opinion their focus leans more toward how stable your peptides are than toward the danger you might be exposing yourself to.
And I'm fairly confident that not many people in this group are putting on gowns and working inside a clean room under a laminar flow hood.
Safety comes first. Once more, that's just my honest opinion.
