I have been looking at COAs and thinking about KLOW or Wolverine and I have been reading reports here of people having reactions, so that made me pause and dig a little deeper into the ingredients/testing/etc. I just came across these two COAs (presumably for same batch https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/212745-Klow_80mg_SSKZ4GQWVXF4 https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/212747-Klow_80mg_3I7FJ47U74U2 for KLOW and the words on the second didn't make much sense to me, so I copied and pasted into chat and was kind of concerned that some people may not understand what this means (also the product is meant to be 80 mg and the ingredients dont add to 80 by a good bit (73.85)

I pasted Janoshik comments: LCMS analysis identified the presence of mannitol, disaccharide GHK-Cu, KPV, TB-500 (TB4),

BPC-157, and their degradation products. LCMS spectra are attached into AI - Now, I know Ai isnt always right, but I asked what does this mean.. it gave me a reply and then I asked:

would this be bad to inject, what are lower abundance fragmented peaks and degradation products? And chat said:

Yes, injecting this formulation carries severe, life-threatening safety risks due to the presence of unverified peptide degradation products and the known toxicity of GHK-Cu if improperly dosed. [1, 2]. (less concerned with the copper risk bc people seem to understand the proper dosage here, but the degradation of this blend/batch seems concerning and I wonder if this is what happened to one of the forum members recently)

Critical Safety Warning

  • High Toxicity Risk: GHK-Cu is a copper peptide; free or improperly bound copper can induce severe oxidative stress, cellular damage, and systemic toxicity if injected directly into the bloodstream or tissue. [1]
  • Immune Reactions: Degradation products are altered chemical structures that the body may recognize as foreign invaders. Injecting them can trigger an acute immune response, severe allergic reactions, or anaphylaxis. [1, 2, 3]
  • Injection Site Infections: The presence of degradation products strongly implies that the product has broken down, has poor stability, or lacks sterile quality controls, drastically increasing your risk of an abscess or systemic infection
This is getting long ,but I saw people replying to the COA with fire emoji like they were excited about it, and Im trying to figure out if I am alarmist or if this is normal?

Following you on this, I just posted about Klow and the results I am seeing. I will say that I have a COA that repeats almost word for word the LCMS analysis for Tirz.

I feel you on the fill tho, that would bug me a bit. Less then 80mg of peps.

Hopefully someone way smarter then I can come in and shed some light on this for you and I both.

You aren't likely to have a toxicity risk dosed at "normal" levels. The amount of actual available copper in ghkcu is well below daily safe levels.

You certainly aren't likely to experience toxicity from an under dosed vial.

The ai response seems like its normal response to initial peptide questions where it basically tells you you are going to die 🤷

The other rando stuff is the fillers that fill the majority of the puck.

yeah, the copper bit didnt bother me because I know people are intentionally injecting that- which may see peculiar to an AI, but the "degradation products" seems to be from peptide breakdown from storage/heat/shipment(who knows what), but whatever caused peptides to degrade, then those are altered chemical structures the body may reject on injection. I get that this is all gray, so defo some risks involved, but I guess the real question is, how bad is it to inject something that comes up so shy of "peptide" (73.85 vs 80 MG). Maybe I am reading this all wrong.

It's an under dosed vial 🤷 most of the puck, in any vial, at any dose, is filler.

I think you might be reading this as less pure, but you can't assess that from this coa, because it literally tells you purity test is not included. Just because there's less doesn't tell you anything beyond there is less.

ok thank you, thats exactly what I was thinking. I was thinking there is 73.85 peptide and 6.15 random broken down byproduct.. which doesnt really make sense since I have seen underfill and overfill and not thought that
