I need to get this off my chest.

When I stepped on the scale this morning for my usual check, I hit the “target weight” I had picked out for myself, and I can now say I've officially dropped below 70 kg—starting from 135 kg originally.

I'm in my mid-30s, I've been lifting weights consistently for several years, and for the past few months I've also been on peptides and PEDs. I look pretty Lean and muscular, but in my head I still feel like a fatty.

That figure on the scale feels almost unreal, and honestly I'm a bit anxious about kicking off my “first bulking phase.”

Thankfully, I've got an amazing coach in my corner helping me through this.

I'm eager to find out what comes next, and however bleak or maddening your own fat-loss path might feel at moments…

YOU WILL MAKE IT!

Amazing! Well done. That is absolutely incredible.

People are curious…. how much time did it take, what peptides were you taking, and what did your dosing schedule look like?

Yep, the brain needs quite a while to sync up with the body's changes. Ghost fat.

That is INCREDIBLE!!!! You dropped the equivalent of an entire person! Plus, well done on sticking with your workouts. Fantastic work!!!👏👏👏

Appreciate the kind words—I simply needed to put this out there 🙂

Overall, getting down to 90 kg took roughly 3 years, and I managed it with no outside "assistance"—only through diet adjustments and falling in love with lifting weights.

My dosing stayed fairly conservative throughout. Mostly Reta, capped at 5mg per 5 days. Near the finish line, I brought in Tirz at 5mg weekly since the appetite suppression was fading.

Test 350mg/week. (100mg every other day)

Veins are now visible in places I never expected—my belly, my legs, even my back. Just one final diet stretch through the end of this month, then it's time to bulk up!

Ghost Fat hahaha

What's the duration you've been on that trial dosage?

Genuine respect for what you've achieved — it really makes me happy. One thing I'd like to know: are you taking 5 mg Reta alongside 5 mg Tirz, or what's the exact setup? I didn't quite follow it.“

What's the duration you've been on that trial dosage?

For 2 months I took 250 mg each week, and from then on it's been 350. My labs come back excellent; every 2–3 months they get a full check, with my full-time coach overseeing and assessing them.

Sure, it costs a fair bit, but when it comes to PEDs I'm glad to spend on the know-how and the professional guidance.

Wow, that's amazing!!!!✨✨✨🎉🎉💕

What was your approach? Which medication are you on, and what dosage(s)?

Is there another goal you're aiming for now (whether it involves weight or not)?

Wow, well done — that's a huge transformation over that stretch. Any plans for what you'll do to maintain?

I've got 15 pounds left before I reach my goal weight, but I'm curious whether people in this community tend to drift away from the forum once they get there. Looking back at threads from 6 months ago, a lot of the folks who used to post regularly don't seem to be around anymore. What's the typical participation pattern for this forum, I wonder?

All the congrats you've sent mean a great deal to me—thank you 🙂

As far as numbers go, there isn't a fresh target I'm aiming for. What comes next is spending the winter packing on lean muscle and pushing myself toward the best shape I've ever had (though honestly, I'm already there—never in my life have I been this lean)—but because the whole process and journey have brought me so much enjoyment, what I really want is to appreciate it, find a healthy relationship with myself and my body again, and rebuild the self-esteem I used to have 🙂

Even while bulking, I plan to keep GLP use to a minimum, though I'll continue Reta at a low dose for insulin sensitivity and the many other advantages it offers.

Plus, it helps a little with keeping my sweet tooth in check

Wow, congratulations! Those last 15 pounds should come off fast, I'm sure!

Once the goal is reached, it's easy for interest to fade, so learning to love the journey rather than the destination is important. Of course, that's much easier to say than to actually do.
