Down from 205 lb to 160 lb. Now I'm unsure about my next move; I'm still taking 3mg and it continues to work perfectly fine. I'm somewhat interested in training at the gym more intensely and beginning to build muscle. Possibly I'd add another peptide to my stack — KLOW has been working wonderfully for me.

Nice work — that's a great result! My advice would be to stick with the routine that got you here, and if you want a fresh challenge, start lifting at the gym.

Nice work! Your target is nearly identical to mine — I'm aiming to go from 199 down to 165 before I switch over to a maintenance dose. I've dropped 18lbs in 7 weeks so far. Right now my focus is on limiting muscle loss while getting the most fat loss I can until I reach that number, and after that I'll taper down gradually until I land at a point where I can eat more calories and protein to support better gym performance. Once I'm at 165, my ideal outcome would be adding another 5-10lbs of muscle, and getting there will require some adjusting and trial and error to raise my calorie intake without gaining the 'wrong weight'. My plan is to follow clean bulking protocols while running reta to keep cravings and overeating in check.

Ps your pfp kills me every time I see it lmao

You ought to consider a maintenance dose, perhaps 1.5mg/week. Figuring out maintenance takes trial and error. Personally, I'm bouncing between 6 and 8mg.

Going from 205 to 160 in 19 weeks is incredible — congratulations!! Honestly, figuring out the "what now" is the harder part

That averages out to 2.3lbs per week. In my opinion, that's ideal.

Your numbers aren't far off from mine. It took me roughly 8 months to reach the 160s. I'm still taking 2.5 mg of RT. Over the past 1.5 months my appetite suppression has eased up somewhat. I can eat larger amounts now, and that's actually what I was after, since I've returned to the gym after 1.5 years away recovering from injuries. About a week ago I added cag10, mainly so my portion sizes wouldn't spiral. Typically I eat once or twice a day, never snack, and I enjoy fasting.

Strictly speaking, that number is above the recommended range, though it's acceptable as long as the person feels well.
Lots of things play a role. My first month saw a big drop, then things slowed way down.

You might have started out bloated and shed a few lbs from that alone — water weight coming off is normal too.

Early on I was losing well above 2lbs per week, but the average came down afterward.

If someone's starting weight is higher, that's a different situation entirely, and 1% could be quite different from 2lbs.

Still, your point stands — losing too quickly is possible. I was anxious about it at first, but mine evened out.

Congrats @Kitty Paws on what you've achieved!!

For my part, I lost slightly less than 2lbs per week on average.

I've hit my goal weight.

My plan is to lower my Reta dose so it stays under the threshold that raises my rhr, keep going until the supply is gone, and then move over to Tirz.

I've also brought in cagri to help with hunger suppression, and I'm using the slight fatigue it gives me at a low dose to catch up on some of the sleep that Reta had disrupted.

Tirz has made my sleep worse, and my HRV and WHR have suffered too. It's not as pronounced as with Reta, but the effect is still there.

Does cagri leave those metrics alone? I had assumed it wasn't worth trying in my case since I'm still on a low tirz dose, but if I could cut that in half and add it instead, I'd be very interested...

Went from 205 lb to 160 lb. Not sure what to do now, I'm still on 3mg and it's still working perfectly fine. Kind of want to start hitting the gym harder and start building muscles. Maybe add another peptide to my stack, KLOW has been working wonderfully for me.

Nice work — that has to feel great. Once I hit my goal weight, I'm eager to move to a slight kcal surplus and find out whether the added gym sessions I've been doing might let me build a bit more muscle.
