High doses of Tirz updates 60mg a week

Very interesting. Have you considered adding the oral as well, it binds to the receptors a bit differently and can amplify...for some (since you are a lab rat). Orforglipron 6mg / 12mg?

I run 5-10mg daily for at least a month or 2 I don’t feel running 20mg daily is any different to be honest

I did the 5mg but was amazed at how much data pointed towards 40mg.. so expensive.

Was curious on the way you dose Tirz if you did more.

Thanks

I just bumped to 3 mg because I do not feel hungry AT ALL on Tirz (6 weeks in), but my sis is on 15mg for a few years and feeling it doesn't work for her anymore.. Will follow your journey

Thanks for posting about high dose tirz, ( plus the others ) given the total lack of research results , anecdotal reports online is the only info out there for higher doses and combinations of weight loss peptides, and there are a few of us with severe obesity or who do not respond well to GLPs and no real science to base decisions on.

60 mg of tirz does not sound that extreme compared to the 16mg of semaglutide trial, which if scaled 2.4mg:15mg would be 16mg sema to 100mg of tirz, but I would guess you have to be at least fairly insensitive to it for side effects not to be a major issue at those doses. At 15mg tirz plus 6 mg of reta even 1mg extra of either makes my skin crawl, so definitely at my maximum dose.

Hmmm, interesting. it's an oral GLP but I have not seen anything that corresponded with heart rate or BP increasing, definitely not like phen...

That said, different physiologies react in different ways so you may be on to something.

Did she regain weight or just stopped losing?

a bit of both, but her diet kind of went out the back door and she was spacing doses out to save for a move. Now she is back on the 15 mg weekly and thinking of adding reta.
