Hey everyone, the pudding (knowledge) is what brought me here. I began Compounded Tirz 55 days back and brought in Reta 4 weeks back. Stacking the two on purpose is what I’m doing, and it’s working really well. I spent a few months enjoying this forum before I joined, so after all that, who’s got the pudding. Oh yeah, Cancer is my sign.

I’m in a comparable situation to yours. Only slightly behind. How is the reta treating you? Any major changes compared with the tirz? I’ve used tirz for quite some time and I’m considering adding or switching to reta before long.

What’s the reasoning for stacking tirz and reta? Don’t they work in much the same way? Sorry if this is clear to everyone, I’m just new and trying to figure things out.

From what I gather, Tirz tends to deliver stronger appetite suppression. If that’s off base, feel free to set me straight 🙂

From what I've seen, lots of people warn against combining Tirz & Reta, and they suggest that when hunger remains a problem, you should pair either one with Cagri instead. I don't have any personal experience with using Tirz & Reta together—I'm only echoing what I've come across in other people's posts. I'm confident someone here can give you a clear answer.

Glad to be on the forum. I'm working on a comparable experiment myself, so I can't wait to see what you share.

Tirz has been part of my routine for 2 years now. At present I combine 11mg Tirz with 4mg Reta, and I'm getting ready to raise it to a 10mg 5mg split. Sure, it's double duty, but if the total stays at or below 15mg, then how is it any different? Dropping Tirz entirely isn't an option for me, since my anxiety returns.

My time on tirz by itself was brief, yet it still worked well for me — roughly 2.7 lbs dropped each week. Once I added the stack, that figure went to 3.3 lbs per week. This approach appeals to me since my training sessions feel fantastic and I’m noticing progress in the mirror around my midsection.

Right, tirz gave me stronger appetite suppression plus better inflammation management, and those were things I was after, along with what Reta brings. Since everything here is experimental and there aren’t any established protocols, I decided to go by my own “body” of research.

welcome! my lab rat began at .5mg for a month, then I increased the dose step by step. as of yesterday, my lab rat is finally on 2mg of reta. I won’t pretend the tirz stack doesn’t catch my attention
