Update: since september I've dropped 20kg total while on retatrutide. Got my bloodwork back today — the fatty liver is gone, and cholestrol has come down into the normal range.

On top of the weight coming off, my lean muscle mass went up. So

That's great to hear! I'm only 2 weeks into my own reta journey and began with a very small dose, so I'm hoping for results along the same lines.
