Hey everyone,

I'm 25 and pretty new to peptides. Last fall I gave reta a shot for roughly a month and the results were solid. Sadly, work trips meant I never got through my first 10 mg. Now I'm weighing 2 paths, and browsing this forum has already taught me a ton! I'm torn between ordering another round of reta or giving GLOW a go. Then again, there's always option 3: run both haha, so if anybody has done that I'd love to hear it. Lately I've been playing basketball again, my favorite sport from when I was a kid, and my knees hurt a lot because of it. That's the biggest reason I'm curious about glow, plus the skin perks since my face has some acne. Reta would mostly be for dropping some fat; right now I'd call myself kind of a "skinny fat build" (5'11 170 lb), though I've read it can also help with things like focus and clarity. Any advice or pointers would mean a lot

Welcome

If what you want is the skin benefits, then pick KLOW instead of GLOW, since KPV is included in it. Just keep in mind that the shot is a spicy one, so begin by taking zinc tablets for a few days beforehand and start at a low dose. It takes a few weeks, maybe less, for this thing to go away, or at least that’s how it went in my case, but the zinc helped tremendously along with magnesium.

I've come across klow lately, though I don't know much about it. From what I gathered, the extra Kpv is mainly for gut support and recovery in general, and I didn't find much about it doing more for the skin. Given that Klow contains all the same ingredients as Glow plus an additional pep, could you say Klow is simply an improved form of Glow—kind of like how Reta is to ozempic, just a superior option? My reasoning is that the only real drawback of choosing Klow instead of glow would be the somewhat higher cost.
