Hi. I'm Matt.

Peptides are new to me. Brain fog has been a problem for roughly 2.5 years now, possibly caused by POTS, which had been under control for 10 years.

I'm hoping to learn and get rid of this brain fog. Thanks ahead of time for any help, since I'm sure I'll ask plenty of dumb questions. 😃

WELCOME,,, I had to go look up what POTS was. For many years I've dealt with chronic fatigue, plus dizziness and the whirlies when I stand up. Mine isn't to the point where lying down is necessary, but plenty of times I need to sit down and take several deep breaths. It used to be that I could do work (logging activities) for 15-20 minutes, then take a couple minutes to rest. These days it's closer to working for a couple minutes and then sitting down to rest for 5. According to my doc, it's because of blood pressure and blood sugar (type2diab), yet every bit of my lab work comes back great, especially after I began Tirz. Are you being seen by a doctor?

In 2009, I received the diagnosis. A tilt table test—straightforward and inexpensive—is the most reliable way to confirm it.
