Hey all, so here I am — honestly never imagined I'd end up diving into this many rabbit holes!! This forum is Great and packed with info, so I figured it was time to jump in! Right now I'm on Reta and have dropped 15kgs over 3 months. Checking out other options to boost my health and fitness path.

Cheers

Hello, it seems you're off to a solid beginning — perhaps a glow stack could suit you, based on the pace of your weight loss. I'm also wondering whether your appetite suppression is still holding up well now that you've hit the 3-month mark.

I have GLOW70 sitting here, but I haven’t begun using it yet.

As for appetite control, it remains very effective at the moment — I’m taking 2.5mg per week. My starting dose was only 0.5mg, and every 2 weeks I increased it bit by bit. The whole experience has been fantastic! I’m honestly amazed by how well I feel.

15kg over 3 months is impressive! Have you been incorporating a solid amount of working out into your schedule? I've been using Tirz for roughly 2 months now and I'm considering signing up at a gym so I can increase my step count and add some resistance training.

My routine involves lifting weights 3-4 times weekly, with each workout lasting just about 45 minutes, plus I hit over 10k steps daily and do a 6km bike ride using the toughest gear. Adding extra cardio would probably help me shed the weight faster, I think. Still, I'm content with my progress up to now. Make sure you increase those steps and do resistance training, and remember that diet matters a lot too.
