Hi All,

36-year-old male here, seeking advice about these peptides. After a Tesa/ipa cycle at 2mg tesa/300mg ipa, my IGF-1 came back above 500 with a z-score of 3.1. No baseline IGF-1 test was done before I began. I lowered the dose to 1mg tesa and kept that for the rest of the cycle, holding near IGF 350 and a 2.0 z-score. Lots of posts say HGH beats the secretagogues (tesa and cjc), but I wonder whether it would actually do anything for me. If HGH kept my IGF-1 and z-score at the same 2.0 level as tesa, would there be any advantage? Or is tesa the smarter, safer pick because it achieves this by itself? Basically: assuming both push igf-1 to the same point, would HGH produce different or better outcomes than tesa?

Thanks for any input.

Once your igf1 is at 500 or above, whichever route got you there, you're past the safe range.

I'm not going to advise for or against it — I'm just pointing out that sustained over long stretches, that can drift into acromegaly territory.

As for your other question — whether to stay on secretagogues or switch to hgh — the secretagogues are already producing a very strong response in you. HGH would produce a stronger one, and if you're not buying at retail price it also costs less, so the choice comes down to either chasing a bigger response or pocketing some savings

Nor do I want you to believe that Tesa is inherently any safer than hgh. If you compare equivalent doses by measuring igf1 response, their risk profiles are essentially exactly the same

Once my IGF came back at 500, I did reduce the amount I was taking. So, if IGF-1 is kept at the same level, are you suggesting HGH would probably give me better outcomes than tesa?

It really hinges on what you're after when you mention "results" — folks use these for various purposes, and they each act a bit differently.

Usually, though, the goal is that growth hormone response for burning fat, building muscle, and recovering, and hgh is the genuine article; Tesa merely prompts your body to put out a modest amount of hgh.

After a Tesa shot, gh levels stay up for a few hours, whereas hgh keeps gh elevated for something like 12-24 hours, which means a larger area "under the curve," so to speak — and that's typically what people are looking for.

A group buy currently offers a Tesa/IPA/CJC no Dac blend at 6/3/3 for $132 with shipping included. I was thinking about joining, but the supply would only cover 9 weeks, which feels expensive. Is the payoff really that big? Using HGH or TRT makes me hesitant. HGH shows up constantly in group buys. I figured cjc/ipa might carry less risk than hgh, though I'm not sure. For the time being, I'll likely skip all of them. Instead, I plan to give KPV a shot for recovery-related purposes.

Did HGH along with TRT leave you feeling fatigued?

I haven't used any of them.

"Weary" refers to being tired—so what exactly are you trying to say? And if you've never used them, how can you know this?

lol, I'm an idiot. For who knows how long I've been writing weary when I actually meant wary. 😂🤷‍♂️

Man, it's so frustrating to find that out.
