HGH every other day instead of daily - the argument for it

Great read. I will give it a go. Only just started on 2iu a day. Makes me wonder whether EOD allows a bigger dose. It sounds like it keeps side effects down and gives the receptors a reset and some recovery. Thanks for the share.

I was wondering the same thing. People are asking in the comments and some have upped their dose from 2 to 6iu with no sides.

I am going to move up to 4iu from 2.5 and see.

I cannot even reach 3iu daily before my elbows feel ready to rip apart. EOD may be my only option. What i gather is that IGF1 levels are fine on it, but the lipolytic side drops off sharply with EOD. Sadly the article stays unread, since i refuse to get an X account.

2ui cruse , 4ui blast at night. Injecting in the morning knocks me out almost immediately. No water retention, though i do get the tingly wrists.

Great article making the case for dosing HGH every other day vs everyday. Some anecdodale evidence in the comments as well on the typical side effects (water retention, numbness)! completely not existent on EOD.

Bro, is that not just bro-science?
Given that he hangs sizable chunks of his argument on single rat studies and ignores the fact that rats are not humans, bro-scientist checks out.

He may work out one day that preclinical studies exist to probe mechanisms that may be involved in human physiology, and that assuming something working a certain way in rats must work identically in humans is completely ridiculous. The function of the GH/IGF-1 axis differs hugely.

Difficult to take the guy seriously if he has not worked that much out yet.

What i saw running 2-3ius/ED versus 6ius 3x/week was that the second schedule did soften the side effects. Water retention and joint pain were both lower, though fat burning was lower too. I will get IGF-1 levels tested soon and see what that shows.
