Hey everyone, I began Reta 4 weeks back and things are going really well up to now. I'm very overweight (my two babies came one soon after the other) and I've dropped 11lbs so far, and I'm hoping the pace holds. My husband has been using it for 12 weeks and he's down 32lbs.

kpv came into the mix 2 weeks ago for me, and nad+ only a few days ago. Up to this point I've had no symptoms from any of them.

Back during covid times, when my weight was normal, I got into really great shape without taking anything. I used to think a glp1 was cheating and that you'd just put the weight back on. Well, I did regain everything and then a lot extra that I'd lost back when I wasn't on anything, so I figure I might as well be on a glp1 now.

Glad to hear it! It's reassuring that kpv and nad+ haven't caused you any issues since you started them. I've been thinking about trying those myself. Please keep sharing how things go—sounds like you're off to a strong start.

Glad you found us! Reta has been part of my routine since January. My starting dose was .5mg, and roughly 6 weeks in I moved up to 1mg — I've stayed there ever since. Low and slow is working for me, so I see no reason to change. NAD is something I'd like to try before too long. Have fun exploring the forum and everything it has to offer.
