Beginning weight: 214 lbs
Now: 150
Semi annual blood work and blood pressure are both in a good place.
Kicked things off in 2024 using tirzepatide for about 9 months. Paused until early 2025, then went back on tirzepatide for 6 months with zero side effects. The only downside is that my drive to push through a hard workout isn't what it used to be.
I was curious to try Reta and the last couple of months on it have gone really well too.
