What's up? My name is Ernesto. I was hoping to start using Retatrutide, but because customs rules where I live are so strict, I have no way to actually obtain it. For now I'm just hanging around to watch, learn, and stay up to date until I can locate a source or someone reselling it.

Getting held up by customs is a pain, though folks in the USA still have it way simpler than those of us up in Canada. Have you ever tried any GLP? Reta hits hard and pushes your heart rate up. Sema or tirz get my vote, mainly because they've already got approval, but should you go with reta, begin at a very low dose and ramp up gradually.

Haven't noticed that myself. My Garmin watch stays on 24/7, and my heart rate hasn't shown any real shift.

Sleep, though, has taken a hit — some kind of insomnia that comes and goes.

On top of that, I keep each dose at 1mg or below, and right now that adds up to 3mg per week. Could be why. 🤷

Sema and Tirz have both been reported to raise RHR as well; Reta raises RHR only slightly more, nothing dramatic.

Yeah, that tracks. Every one of them does it to me, and my RHR is already elevated beyond what I'd want.

What does your weekly cardio routine look like? Beyond the general health benefits and support with losing weight, it can also help bring your rhr down.
