I'm pretty sure I signed up here a while back, though forums have never really been my thing. My sema journey began in Jan 2025, and then in Sept 2026 I made the switch to tirz. Access to GLP-1s that don't break the bank turned my life around — honestly, for the better in every way. These days I'm easygoing and genuinely content. I dropped roughly 40 pounds long before I'd even reached the starting dose meant for obese patients. I'm more present at work, and more present for my friends and family too. Part of me wants to shout from the rooftops how amazing these medications are, but it's still too taboo. That's why I need spaces like this one — so I'm not walking around feeling like I'm sitting on the world's best-kept secret.
