Thanks for the welcome — that's exactly what I'm after too! Ozempic was something I used a few years back, though the cost climbed quickly. Fortunately, it looks as though both availability and research are moving forward on a major scale.

At first I was getting mounjaro via pharmacies, but once their prices nearly doubled in what felt like no time, it became unaffordable for me! Research looks like the route to take, and there’s plenty I still need to pick up!
