Hi all!
New around here and I fancied saying a bit about myself! Getting back into fighting weight shape is the goal, and doing it in healthy company alongside like-minded ppl is what I was after. Sunny Florida is home, so anything outdoors appeals, the beach especially. Building a community makes it far easier to do things properly and stay on track, and that is exactly what I am glad to have found
life gets so busy and crazy that finding time to look after yourself is hard, and you do not notice (until you do) how far things have slipped and how little you resemble the person you once were. A new gym got joined for the new year (a double session today-yay!) and doing things the right way is the plan. Getting from 150 down to 115 will be a journey but I know it is doable!
