It’s become clear to me that today’s healthcare system amounts to little more than supervising a slow deterioration, so I chose a different path for my own well-being. My research efforts began in January 2026.
Standing 6’ and male, I weighed 255lbs back in 2023. For multiple years I gave intermittent fasting and dietary changes a shot, yet I could never drop under 210lbs — that is, until I came across a triple agonist. These days I’m at 178lbs, no longer taking blood pressure medication, and feeling better than ever before.
