I've been on jabs for close to 2 years at this point, and I'm down 160 lbs, though there's still a fair way to go. Currently at 12.5mg, but I've noticed some hunger noise breaking through that wasn't there previously, so I'm wondering whether a change of approach could be useful. If anyone can share tips about making a switch, I'd be glad to hear them. Also — I'm based in beautiful Scotland.

Hello and welcome 😊. One option is to raise your dose and observe the result, though a fair number of people here add Reta on top. They keep the Tirz going for appetite noise relief. Reta can be slow to quiet food noise, so combining them might do the trick. I also divide my dose, taking Tirz on Mondays and Thursdays, which keeps the food noise from returning partway through the week. Keep in mind, though, that if you simply cut the dose in half the peak won't be as high, so have a look at glp plotter and experiment with the dose to confirm you still reach the same peak while getting higher troughs in medication levels. For example, I take Tirz 4.0mg twice weekly, yet the peak ends up roughly the same as 7.5mg once a week. A few people have gone with cagri.

I hope you work out something that helps. Try the search function and plenty should come up. 👍
