Hi everyone; I figured I'd say a quick hello and share a bit about me. For my 40th birthday, I decided to begin working toward a healthier way of living.

I had a complete lab workup along with a hormone panel done, and that's when I began tirzepitide.

My starting weight was 219# and I've since come down to 194#

I'm hoping to learn more about peptides and how to use them safely.

If I want to build up my foundational knowledge as much as possible, where on this site would you suggest I begin?
I've just been around for 2 days, and honestly, at the start the amount of info can feel like a lot. My approach was to begin with the newest posts and what's been happening lately, then whenever I came across terms or ideas I didn't know, I dug into those further. It's been a fast way to pick things up. Welcome!

Try out the search feature and look up subjects that could catch your interest. Below are a few suggestions for search terms that may lead you to engaging threads and keep you busy for quite a while.

“Group tests”

“Filtering”

“Sterility”

“Endotoxin”

“Stacking”

“The Atlantic”

“Reuters”

“NY Times”

“Stairway”

“Clinical trials”

“Peer reviewed”

“Legislation”

“Regulation”

“Failed test”

“Chlorocresol”

“Exit scam”

Really, any time a subject pops into your head that you want to explore, just type it into the search bar and check out the results. Some genuinely fascinating discussions have taken place here over the years.

BJ, WELCOME. Should you not have done so yet, begin with the "Introduce Yourself" thread. It describes the way to extract the most out of the this forum. A number of us skipped it and wasted time going around in circles for no reason.
