Hey all. I live around Portland, Oregon. Right now I'm focused on losing weight. Last April I began tracking calories the usual way and dropped from 236 down to roughly 206. After that, I began tirzepatide in September. At this point I'm at 182. My end goal is to reach somewhere near 130.

I'm looking forward to connecting with people who share the same goals and picking up tips from those who have already lost weight successfully. Happy New Year 2026, everybody!
