Once I finished going through the " new member posting guide", it took no time for me to feel like this is a place I can safely be part of. The guidelines sit well with me, and the fact that this being a welcoming community gets stated more than once really stood out.

Learning more is something I'm eager to do, and for me personally, talking things through with others is what helps most.

So that's my story! Back in 2019 I went through back surgery, and getting my health fully back on track hasn't happened since (covid played a part in that too), but glp's have opened up a genuinely encouraging new chapter. For the first time in many years I feel hopeful, I'm back to lifting weights, and I want to pick up more knowledge so my healing, healthy journey can keep going. Glad to be here!

Glad you made it to the forum! Dealing with back surgery is no small thing. The range of peptides out there to look into is huge, and I honestly think there's likely a pep suited to just about every condition. You just have to put in the study time, weigh things carefully, settle on a protocol, and then move through them methodically and thoughtfully based on what matters most to you. There's a ton of useful material to pick up here as well as on other similar forums. It feels like trying to drink from a fire hose…and I LOVE that! 🤓 Welcome aboard!
