Male, 73 years old... began rTirz in April 2025

As of today, I'm down 50lbs...

For 40 years I worked in Hospitals... Now a Retired Clinical Pharmacist...

I've bought from several vendors... Mostly good experiences - a few bad ones (the scammers at Finnrisk manipulating test results for profit, tested at ZERO peptides... )

My advice...

1) For your diluent, use ONLY Hospira/Pfizer Bacteriostatic water for injection.

2) When handling injectables, use good/clean technique.

hands washed fresh, clean work area, alcohol swab your vials, don't re-use your syringes/needles

3) Know your concentrations & dilutions... Check your math three times.

Question: To anyone combining Reta with Cargi

Which beginning doses were your choice, and how did you ramp them up ?

Tirz has been my regimen for 49 weeks; no progress during the past 6 weeks.

Thinking about a Reta & Cargi stack to shed the final 15 lb.

Any recommendations ?
