Hey there, everybody! I'm 46, and roughly 8 months back I began using compounded tirzepatide. Since then I've shed 40+ lbs, and I've gladly expanded into other peptides for health and wellness. I can't wait to pick up more knowledge and keep going down this road!

No way! I’m in EDH! Small world!! I’ve got a laundry list like you do. Currently on Reta, Cagri, GHK, Gluta, KPV, ARA 290, TB500, and Tesa. Once off this cycle I’m hopping on SS31, Mots, NAD.

I'd like to hear what you all think about Cagri and ARA 290. Mots and Nad have been great for me — the energy boost is incredible, no jitters, just a steady, lasting lift! It's a bummer that I need to cycle off now. I'm trying to decide what to begin next.

For silencing food noise, Cagri does a great job — that's the area where Reta falls short. My problem wasn't eating too much during the day or struggling to eat; it was the late-night snacking that did the damage. My Tesa dose goes in right before bed, on an empty stomach, no less than 2 hours after I've finished eating. Thanks to Cagri, the urge to slip downstairs for a snack has eased. It's a long-acting amylin analog peptide, and its mechanism differs from Reta's.

As for ARA, it's genuinely been a big help for me. I deal with sciatica, and ever since my 4 week cycle began on 09/29/26, I haven't had a single flare up — it feels really good!
