My GLP-1 path began just past the 1-month mark. For quite a while I’ve been reading posts here, and at last I chose to stop watching from the outside and become part of things. I appreciate all the guidance from everyone. Looking forward to adding my own input!

I also hail from the Show-Me State. Tirz has only been part of my routine for 4 months. There's a huge amount of information on this site—honestly, it can feel like too much. Welcome aboard!
