Hello from Los Angeles

Hi from NorCal! My goal is maintenance, but I haven’t figured out how I’ll approach it yet. I’m also interested in trying the BPC-157 and TB500 stack once I’m able to be active again.

Hey Abaddonis!

Which area of LA do you call home? I grew up in the South Bay (Hawthorne) and spent 25-years there. These days I'm in Dallas (really enjoying it - though I deeply miss the ocean).

Once the weight target is hit, the plan is to stick with a whole foods way of eating — cutting out processed items and added sugars — while staying just as active as before.

I stick to eating whole foods..... I'm only 3 pounds away from my goal weight. Share what you'd make for 1 meal that fits a whole foods diet.

Once you hit your target weight, what comes next? Do you switch to maintenance, or start using a different peptide?
A few weeks back I hit my target weight, and I haven’t changed anything—still following the same routine. What’s your aim, and what do you still need to get done?

wow, that post dates back to January. I began Reta in late August of 2025, weighing 290, and now I'm at 203, with 200 as my goal. For my next Pep, I'm considering a Tesa/IPA blend to target my Visceral Fat. My aim is better health, and I really do feel so much better these days.

That's awesome!!! Seems like a solid approach, you're nearly at the finish line. My target was 200, and after that I went straight into a bulk. Haven't used Tesa myself, but I did cjc/Ipa — amazing for sleep!!!! It did help with fat/visceral, though I soon moved to Hgh for quicker and stronger outcomes
