Joining this community has me really thrilled. My weight has been a battle for as long as I can remember, and that was true even when I was following every correct step. Getting the insulin resistant PCOS diagnosis felt like a relief, because so many pieces of my health suddenly clicked into place. Hi everyone! I'm originally from L.A. as well (though these days I'm based in the UK), and PCOS is something I deal with too. So far, watching what I eat and staying active has kept things under control. Like you, I'm excited to find support here!
