I began using GLP-1 medications more than 8 months back. My first step was buying ozempic off a friend, and I dropped roughly 8-12lbs at the start. After 3 months on that, I reached 1mg, and then my Dr wrote me a prescription for Monjauro. He put me on 2.5 Mounjauro. I was borderline diabetic, though not fully. When insurance denied the Mounjaro for month 2, he switched me to Wegovy, which I've now been on for 6 months. For the last 2 months I've been at 2.4mg, and I haven't dropped a single lb since the MJ began. I asked my Dr to move me to Zepbound, but insurance won't cover it without a PA, and for some reason the Dr won't send one in. After researching cheaper alternatives, I ended up here. So now I'm here hoping to try tirz or Reta, possibly both, but I haven't decided yet. Wegovy gave me plenty of suppression, and I saw inches come off even though weight didn't. The suppression was something I really liked, so I may begin with tirz since I keep hearing its suppression beats Reta's.

According to my research, Tirz provides stronger appetite suppression compared to Reta. I saw that Reta caused resting heart rate to go up too much. A lot of people say cargrilutide gives the greatest suppression when paired with sema or Tirz. It’s good you came across this group fairly early. I’ve dropped more than 70lbs and I’m also in LA, in the valley.

Appreciate it! Glad I found that out. I'll dig deeper into that combination. Nice work! That's roughly the amount I want to drop. Was Reta what helped you get there?
