Hello from Fit5711 on the US East Coast — an introduction

Glad to have you here — I'm in the same boat as a newcomer myself. What stands out to me about this community is how the guidelines encourage respectful, unhurried conversation, which is a far cry from social media platforms where keyboard ragers and trolls are commonplace. Sure, not being able to immediately chime in on threads that catch your eye can feel a little annoying at the start, but take it easy and just observe quietly for a while, leaning on the "search" button whenever you need answers to something. See ya around...

Thanks! Honestly, when I first saw how many restrictions newbies have, I found it odd. But after giving it more thought, it became clearer why that system exists, and I'm actually thankful for it. Good to meet you as well. And for sure, I'll see you around!

My guess is that the limits placed on newcomers give the mods a way to screen out people who might not add anything useful to the conversation. While browsing different threads and topics and making use of the search function, I've noticed that the majority of replies tend to be informative. It's only been a short while since I got the ability to post replies in threads, so I'm easing in very cautiously.

Wishing everyone a good Monday from the US East Coast! Right now I'm on NAD+, Glutathione, and Tirz. It means a lot to have a community where I can pick things up and give back!
Glad to have you here! Tirz and Nad+ are part of my routine too.

I'm really interested in glutathione—what's your experience with it so far?

It's only been a few weeks since I began. I'm fairly lean, and although the NAD and Tirz don't even leave a mark, the Gluta is thicker, so I need to inject very slowly. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm confident that within the next few weeks I'll begin noticing a difference!
