Hello from England — an introduction

I'm fairly fresh to this as well. There's a huge amount to take in. I have a sense of which peps I'd like to use, but when it comes to doses and cycles I'm finding it hard, since opinions on the subject vary so widely.

Which peptides are you planning to begin with? I'm in the same boat — figuring out storage and how to reconstitute is really confusing for me too....

You'll find plenty of YT videos covering this, and running a search on the forum should surface relevant threads. For long-term storage of lyophilised peptides, the freezer tends to be the go-to option; if you're only keeping them a few months, the fridge works fine. What matters most is avoiding temperature swings. After reconstitution, the ideal is to finish within 30 days, though that can be extended based on your own risk tolerance and which bac water you pick. Those using Hospira alongside solid sterile technique commonly push it to 6-8 weeks. It varies by peptide, since some lose potency faster than others.
