Hi all!

Where to start with myself? I used to be an athlete (though that was quite a while back). A torn Achilles ended that chapter early. Over the years I picked up a dad bod, then fatty liver and the rest of it. I tried to fight back in the gym, but ended up tearing two rotators — one in each shoulder. On top of that, some plumbing problems have slowly built up over time. Basically, all of these things together are what led me here. Earlier I gave Ozempic a go to shift the extra weight, with small to moderate results, and then an article I came across on x got me curious about the subject. I did some reading and eventually found my way to this place.

I still don't understand half of it, but it already looks exciting! Hopefully, with help from the community here, I can over time put some of these long-familiar issues to rest, or at least manage them better. Anyway, I'm looking forward to being part of this community!

Welcome!

This forum holds a massive amount of information, and there are lots of people here who are happy to help.

A few of my friends haven't seen much success using Ozempic as a weight loss drug either.

They're switching over to Mounjaro, though given the exorbitant cost, I can't picture them staying on it long term.

Lately peptides have gotten a bad name in the press, but in my view the good they can do far outweighs the bad.

Hello man

good to hear your journey has begun. I've come across some peptides that might be useful for you — not just for weight loss, but also for your rotator cuff problem. Ozempic is a great drug, though very pricey next to semaglutide (its main active molecule) from the grey market. You've got plenty of reading ahead, and lots of folks here can help a great deal
