Hi everyone, I began checking out this forum along with the meso forum once I came across some intriguing info regarding reta. In the past I used compounded semaglutide, but the side effects hit me hard and the compounding pharmacy charged a lot. After doing some digging that brought me to this place, I put in my first order with a vendor from the forum. I ended up choosing tirz, because from what I understand it handles food noise better, which is the biggest problem for me. The cost is somewhat high versus other vendors I've come across, yet their purity reputation appears excellent, so I'm fine paying that for reassurance. On top of that, it's still way less expensive than going through a stateside compounding pharmacy, and to be honest likely safer and purer too. I also bought some thca from an online source, which required just as much effort to locate a reliable vendor, so I'm just enjoying how easy it is to get so many things on the internet these days.

Edit: Also, I'm a moron and believed I was only getting a single vial when in fact I ordered a kit, so the actual price is unbelievably lower than what I had assumed.

Hey there, haha — yeah, even when you pay to have every batch analyzed by Janoshik for peace of mind, picking up kits works out to be a LOT more affordable. Wishing you the best on your journey!

With any luck, your experience will turn out like mine did. Microdosing semaglutide at a low dose (0.2mg every 2 days) gave me terrible nausea and malaise, and it stuck around for more than a year. After I switched to tirzepatide, I had next to no side effects at 15mg per week. No two people are the same, so what you go through could be different, but on the whole tirzepatide comes with fewer adverse effects and works better.
