Hey everyone, I'm a 65-year-old guy who hung up work 18 months back. Somewhere along the way I got far too relaxed and let myself drift into sitting around all day. Every day there was alcohol, and I ate all the wrong things. Looking at how I'd let myself slide across the years, I felt ashamed and revolted — and I'd been blaming it all on "OLD AGE". Friends had told me about what Mounjaro did for them. So once my knees and back started hurting, I went to see the Doc and began Mounjaro for a month, researching as I went, which is what I do with anything. Then I moved onto reta and, I'm feeling so much better now, down 7kg so far after 6wks. So my journey continues. I have way to go.
I'd love to hear what others have been through, and to share my own. Cheers all
