Hey everyone! I'm a perimenopausal woman, and carrying extra weight has been a battle for most of my life. I got hurt not long ago, and between that and my age, getting back down to a healthy weight has become really tough. My BMI is 30 right now. A number of my friends are using Tirz, and 1 is on Reta, and they've all made big progress. That makes me pretty envious, and I want to soak up as much information as I can before deciding anything. I've spent a lot of time lurking on Reddit and have taken in quite a bit already. I'm just hoping to keep doing that here.

Thanks for reading 🙂

Welcome Jlynn, there's plenty of helpful material to be found here. Putting on weight can be a genuine downer. The bright side is that if you stick around, you'll soon be one of the people celebrating. Wishing you all the best on your journey.

Welcome aboard! In my opinion, the information available here beats what you'd come across on Reddit by a wide margin.
What I've come across on Reddit has really opened my eyes! You get to see every side of the spectrum over there...

Hello and welcome to this wonderful community, friend. For weight loss, Reta is something I'd strongly suggest, since it comes with fantastic perks such as refreshed liver and kidneys; pairing it with Tesamorelin would target stubborn belly fat. You brought up being pre-menopausal — if that's causing you trouble, kisspeptin is another option you could include. And for everything else that's beneficial, I'd include KLOW, which supports Recovery after workouts while also enhancing your hair, skin and nails. All of these are excellent, and I hope this helps steer you toward some good research and the start of your incredible journey. Once more, it's great to meet you, and welcome to the Best Group Ever.

I appreciate the tips! Browsing a few of the threads, this community comes across as really encouraging, which is a nice change of pace. It's also a little bit a lot to take in, honestly, with so much info out there. I've been turning to Google constantly today just to figure out the terminology!

Welcome! I'm another peri lady too, and these glps have been a total game changer — not only for weight loss, but for so many other health issues as well.

My suggestion would be to go with ChatGPT, since it tends to be far more accurate. Try phrasing things like searching for research purposes, and ask it to lay out the pros & cons.
